John Yup, great regs and mine are still unserviced and performing well. I really must do one sometime. I have 7 now! I saw elbows at either EE, Lloyd Baileys or Ginnie a month ago. You could email them. BTW, if your pull dump is the same as on the Zeagle wings, then you should be able to cut a piece of inner tubing to block of the pull dump exhaust to prevent it working until you get a elbow. The end of the exhaust unscrews. They are great regs, and we now have 6 between us! I can't recall the hoses being routed as you say, and buddy was not using the pull dump. I normally use a DR jnr wing for twins/nitrox, and the Classic for stages+twins/Trimix, whilst buddy uses the Classic for twins/nitrox only (at the moment!). We both don't like the pull dumps, and it's difficult to get the replacement elbows (or any other DR spares for that matter) in HK (and I have had no luck by e-mail/Fax/Phone to the US either!). However, we now have a Halcyon dealer in HK (I think as of last DEMA), and have just bought Halcyon 55lb explorer wings, which should hopefully do us for all our twin tank diving. These, as you know, don't have the pull dumps, so at least we are now eliminating that potential source of trouble. [Incidentally list, if anyone knows of a source of elbows suitable for the DR Jnr wing, I would be grateful to receive it, since I will continue to use this wing for no deco single tank stuff)] Thanks once again for your help.
