John, You need to provide more info than this. The big complaint about wings is they can float you face down, which isnt really true if you weight correctly. I havent experienced any problem with diverite,zeagle or halycon wings, deflating with the inflator, or the pull dump. perhaps you could describe the problem a little, also have you considered maintainence issues, or was this a brand new wing? Has she dove this rig before?? What was the profile? the conditions? the location? Do the wings have the elbow or the vent on the hose? Was she diving air and if so , how deep?? Was the "deflate" button pressed???
