 After exchanging a valve in the field, we unscrewed the second stage of a
regulator, squeezed an o-ring between the regulator hose and the receiver
tank valve and slowly opened the donor tank valve. We managed to about 200
psi in the cylinder.

 Avoids having to deal with the dive shop monkey.
