The commercial recreational scuba marketplace is a monolithic monster, created for one simple reason: To make money. Sales. Creation of wealth. All this has nothing to offer when a dead girl is pulled from the water. DIR, GI, DV, and the WKPP have changed the face of diving forever, and they have done it in a positive direction.
