We have used it but it is one of those things that takes a while to see
the effects of, and about that time it stops working like anything else.
NSAIDS stop working as well and need to be rotated to different types in
anticipation of that effect before you permanently fail to react to
them. Diving induced stress causes the normal trauma reaction in the
body including release of GH which itself synthesizes condroiten in the
joints ( the other substance usually combined with Gluocosamine).

The best prevention is to use a scooter.
