Thanks I used to have one of these but finally went back to a conventional backup reg (bungied around neck now I'm diving harness and wing) after actually having to use it in a LOA situation. It's no fun holding a poor fitting, poor performing backup reg/inflator in your mouth when dragging another diver along against a current. I swallowed enough water to finally convince me it wasn't worth one less hose. Couple of other points. To be usable you need a longer corrugated hose on the inflator (even then, as I said, not that comfortable in your mouth), this means the inflator/reg hangs down and catches on things. I also found (and I admit I had more trouble than others, but still) I was always mucking around with the thing to stop it leaking. Replacing the O-rings all the time, tuning it down (very sensitive to line pressure). All in all I'm much happier with the standard inflator that came with my wing (Halcyon wing, not sure who makes inflator).
