Actually, the air force contracted a guy who designed a female p-valve, 
using something shaped like an oral/nasal oxygen mask (as sort of a funnel) 
with a tube coming out of it. Word has it that this contraption can be used 
as a p-valve in a drysuit, but I haven't the guts to try it...
