Manos, As others have told you, loosen the shoulder straps. I still had a problem with the right side strap tightening by itself from the weight of the cannister light. This is easily solved with triglides where the shoulder straps go through the bottom of the backplate, to keep the waist strap from pulling on them. They go in the loop in back of the plate where the webbing transitions from shoulder strap to waist strap. These are already there if you have a Halcyon backplate and harness, and if you have a different backplate and homemade or Dive Rite harness, you have to add them. Stay with it, you'll figure it out. Don't go to the quick releases. I dive from a small boat in the river, and almost always remove the gear in the water, sometimes drifting in a ripping current.
