Manos,
Make sure the backplate is not binding against the tanks and
trapping the harness.You may have to add a few stainless nuts to the lower
tank band bolt to shim out the plate.
It would also help to grind/radius the edges of the slots that
the waist strap portion of the harness passes through.This will allow the
harness to slide easily and provide a little more slack in the shoulder
straps.
It is also easier if you can flip the entire rig over your head as
you "duck" into the water.
