Jeff, the long hose goes round your neck.
And into your mouth in the same plane. 
Ditto the regs from the deco bottles.
And the back up reg hose comes straight round.
Why would you need to add 90 degree elbows to them?
You might want the elbows if you brought the hoses up from under your arm. 
But you wouldn't do that.
Would you?
