Richard,

If you read my post it clearly says "rebreathing". It is very easy to
actually start rebreathing gas from your bladder when doing this skill, so
you have to watch out. Don't breathe out in the bladder. That is all I said.
In addition you can encounter the problems you mention.
I mention it because it can be a hard skill and this is something to watch
for when doing the skill.
