Tod, NEVER breathe the air from your bladder. The trick is that you operate both the exhaust and the inflator button at the same moment so you breathe straight from BG. Rebreathing air from your bladder will almost certainly black you out within a couple of minutes due to CO2. Practice this skill in a pool like environment first before you think about using this skill, and it does need practice... The deal here is that your "third reg" comes from right post that does not roll of. Ever using this option would need some strange situation indeed, but still it is an option not to forget.
