Mike Salmon has kindly mounted the review report of the Mk. 4 Cis-Lunar
rebreather, together with a picture of Ian H. using it at the following site :

I'll try & find time to dig out the original report + some pictures of
the 'Prism' rebreather from the course we went on last year.
If Peter Readey is on line & would like to give me any update info
following the tie-up with A.P.Valves Ltd. (are you there Peter ?) then will I
get another http site set up to keep a balanced info database on rebreathers.
The 'Prism' is certainly much more affordable than the Cis-Lunar. The last I
had heard from Peter was that a price around 2000 pounds was being considered.
One of the opinionated 'experts' we spoke to on the way down to
Cis-Lunar said that the expected price of the 'Prism' had doubled to 4000
pounds
now. I have no idea whether there was any foundation in this statement or
whether he was talking out of an 'alternative orifice'...!
I understand that the Oceanic rebreather is to be at DEMA later in Jan.
Can anyone going send back a report please ? I was told that following DEMA a
UK press release would be immediately released & that courses would be held at
the new heated 10m (?) pool & development site in Cornwall. I will be trying
to
get on a course & give it a try too. If successful, I'll let techdiver know
how
it was.
