I believe he is talking about silicon oil not silicon
grease. You are talking about the liquid that goes in
your first stage,correct? Do not use Dow corning 111
or any other thick silicon lube. I don't have a clue
where you can get it if the shop won't sell it to you.
You might try trader john he sells stuff from global
supply they might sell what you need.
