You better not dive those doubles mixed in 1997. 
According to Bill Stone's Wakulla book all the helium
molecules have escaped by now and you only have a
nitrox mix.

On a more serious note, can you give more info on the
tank going on you in the habitat?  What happened the
burst disc blew?  I knew that the Luxfer tanks had a
problem with their tanks containing to much aluminum
in them and developed neck cracks.  Is this what you
are refering to?  What reasons do you have for not
using an aluminum for more than a year?
