John, I am not even mildly suprised. When something is really , really , really stupid, I never need to look very far to find out whence it originates. Sorry ( not to you , but in general) to be so blunt, but this just takes the cake. Thanks for pointing this out. We have a lot of work to do to offset the damage that is being done by the intitutionalized forces of ignorance out there. A lot of work, and I do not mind doing it until it is arrested.
