I do believe this is the same thing Tony did at the dock and then shut the valves for the ride out, everything held tight on the way out.The gauge read full as he was suiting up, but the valves were shut.As he jumped in he had a couple of breaths and that was it, being overweighted ,no air for the inflator , unable to do valve drills, sank and drown.
