Guys, if the harness is woven ther wrong direction through the backplate, it has to be made much tighter to feel like it is holding the tanks on securely . In this instance, many people try to go to chest straps to make it feel more secure and to hold the straps in so that the stages do not pull away from the body. If on the other hand, you weave in the right direction, the harness can be made comfortably lose without causing any of those problems. If the harness is lose enough, and the tank bands are as high towards the neck of the tank as they can be, you can reach the knobs. If that is not the case, you can not reach the knobs. If the harness is too tight for any reason, or the bands too low, you can not reach the knobs. If you drysuit is too tight, you can't reach them. As per the usual, the correct solution is to correct the real problem, not add more potential problems. Slobwinders should only be used with bondage wings and a dominatrix mask in the privacy of your own home, anyway. -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
