Luann's reply about covers it. I have them and they're great. Once I got some really thick insulation for my feet (Whites thinsulate booties) though, I had to go up a size in the rock boots. I have a size 9.5 (US) foot and was trying to go with the size 10 boots. Size 11 turned out to be a much better choice. I still wear ankle weights, as all that insulation gives me floaty feet. If you're trying to have them put on another brand of drysuit, that may be a different story.
