While following the recent threads on decompression schedules and bottom timers one thing jumped out at me. While making a deep stop it was mentioned that you should stay at your scheduled stop no more or no less than what you are scheduled for. I understand the need to make the entire stop but doesn't being there a little longer add a margin of safety into the stop? By a little longer I mean a few seconds.
