It is really not necessary to have the swivel when the regs are on the
back.  If you are going to run one piston and one diaphragm, put the
piston on the long hose.

While at work today I found myself contemplating the pros and cons of
piston and diaphragm firsts.  I'm currently using Mk 20's on both
posts, but was wondering if it might be smarter to use a piston first
on one post and a diaphragm first on the other.   
 
What is the current thinking on this?  Is this still within the DIR
scope of things?  Also, which post would the respective first stages be
on and why?
 
Any  takers?
