The easiest approach for both genders is diapers. My dives haven't been 
long enough to need them yet but I know some (male) divers who use large 
incontinence diapers for diving. They work fine as long as you "go" at 
regular intervals rather than saving it all for one big flood tide, in 
which case you may...exceed the absorbent capacity of the medium.
