This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_00F7_01BF46E9.F93B4A80 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" I was going through all my gear to re-check for any metal to metal = connections and I found one that seems to be fairly common: the clip on = jump or exploration reels almost always seems to be joined to the reel = by a metal band that is bent around the eye of the clip and then bolted = to the reel. Is the DIR procedure to re-rig reels and tie the clip to the reel with = cave line or is there a reason that a metal to metal connection is = acceptable in this situation ?
