Yes, we here at VBtech believe the same thing. We had our first real proof 
last year.On a dive I put together to an unknown wreck at 105ft, 4 were on 
nitrox, 3 on air.Jim uncovered the name with his scooter to fully see it.A 
few letters were missing, the name and county were not easy words, no one 
could figure it out.One diver even wrote it down wrong he was on nitrox .( 
He was a much better speller than me), but we all could not figure it out.I 
took a photo and the name and state are very clear.It was funny, but the 
real fact is we were impaired.For those that think were wrong there are 
ways to test it and that how many fingers am I holding up is a joke.
