In this case I would do 20 on O2, 5 on back gas, 15 on O2 for a total
of 40 minutes.  (cycle 20/5/20/5/ etc.)

The Helium is a fast in - fast out gas, and does not do the
physiological damage that nitrogen does to your system.  The real issue
is how you are trying to achieve the decompression - do it through
proper application of the oxygen window rather than by maximizing your
tissue supersaturation, and avoid ongassing nitrogen at the shallow
stops.
