Hey BigTime, I was at the Florida Ironman and did not see you or your grandmother. I did see about 1500 of the most competitive and well trained athletes in the world there, though. The competion was fierce and for a first time triathelete, not just first time at the Ironman distance, but first tri period, I can tell you from experience George did well. And, until you can put up or shut up in ANY endevour, please GFY. In the meantime, if you want to make an ass of yourself, tell us about the time you grabbed only a stage bottle, mask, fins and speargun to go catch dinner in the middle of a trimix course and encouraged your students to do the same. One hand on the gun, one hand on the bottle, how do you help someone? You must be very good. Or tell us about how you make students prove themselves by swimming as hard as possible at 170'+ on air so they can experience narcosis. Tell us about scootering with intro to cave or 'overhead environment diver' qualified divers to or past the trashroom in jackson blue on the super studly scooter of choice the Torpedo. Tell us about the time you they found and brought home a large female lobster with eggs out of season. Tell us about o2 cleaning steel bottles with pool chemicals. Shall I go on? Pop your head up again and I'll take it right off, you lowlife scumbag. In a message dated 99-12-06 22:57:48 EST, bigvon@be*.ne* writes: << Subj: Re: Pony Bottle mounting help needed. First enter an Ironman competition and brag about it. Second finish 79th out of 111, (just ahead of my grandmother in her wheelchair, on O2). Then lie about your breathing rate. (I'm sure a 13 cu ft pony will do for a 60 min deco.) I have a Tek bc and will be doing some deep, open water, rec/reef dives from a boat. At this point I am not great on air usage and like the confort of having a second reserve / safety air supply. The question is how do I mount this. > > > > As I will be flying into key west and doing boat dives I will be limited to the standard 80CF tank. I have a 45Cf OMS bottle that I intend to use. Some of my thoughts are a second reg assembly, first stage, second stage and pressure gauge. I also was thinking of mounting the tank upside down. > > > > The reason I am asking these questions is to draw on your experience and knowledge.
