Richard I set up the inflator so that the oral inflate (mouthpiece) is on the outside and the power inflate button is on the inside. I use my index finger to inflate the wing (as you do) and thumb to inflate the dry suit. The mouthpiece, being on the outside, is a useful point to hold the inflator assembly when dropping down as it allows clearing and suit inflation without releasing the inflate. I hold the inflator mouthpiece in the nook formed between my thumb and index finger. I'm used to these being on the inside, operating the BC inflate with index finger and drysuit inflate with two middle fingers. Is there some DIR reason for this placement, or is it arbitrary?
