Karen I've been following the legality thread and can't help but =
wonder how do you sleep at night?? In what appears to be a typical =
lawyer like mentality, you are describing what you believe should be =
done ( or not done ) because of what some scumbag lawyer may do with =
your actions at a later date. Lawyers are ruining this country and =
stupid ridiculous threads like this one are perpetrating this silliness.

In a moment of crisis I don't give a shit what some asshole lawyer =
may do later. I've got a dead or dieing dive partner in front of me and =
I'll do whatever it takes to care for him/her and use whatever available =
means to keep him alive.

Have you ever held a dieing man??? Have you ever rescued anybody?? =
Or are all your arguements theoretical and all your proposed solutions =
based upon what you read in your rescue class??

The biggest problem ( and there are many) with lawyers are the are =
trained to learn the law and then parse the language to suit there =
needs. In other words they aren't trained to solve a direct problem =
they are trained to twist the facts, the law, etc. That is in direct =
conflict with what needs to be done in an emergency situation. You =
solve the problem, you use what you have and you keep 02 flowing anyway =
you can. You don't think about what will happen in a courtroom three =
years later.
