Tod I've just checked by gear. Just to confirm, the break away O-rings (Nitrile) currently on it are: 022 Regulator (Internal Diameter 1", Section 1/16) 120 HP Hose (Internal Diameter 1", Section 3/32) The HP hose breakaway may in fact me a metric equivalent. You'll find that you can use any size approximating these sizes, e.g. a 126 looks like it would be fine as well for the HP hose. Recall that the regulator breakaway needs to be an easy break - they are quick to replace - your second stages should only be hand tight to the fitting, so you can unscrew them to fit the clip. The regulator breakaway gets more abuse and should be stronger - just check that you can break it OK with a strong pull. The regs really need to break easily, the HP hose gets more rough treatment in normal use and I found that they were breaking too often in normal use. I'll look up the references when I get back home - I'm in bonnie Scotland at the moment.
