we do a lot of wreckdiving from a rip in the mediteran sea. and we dive only DIR-harness, most of the time with two or three stages. gettin off the harness is pretty easy if the harness is not too tight (which in my opinion is the most common mistake) if the thightness is ok you can slipp you hand close to the shoulder through the harness and can take it off easy. just try.. safe diving Achim R.
