I have modified my wings with one of these plastic  clips and have had
no problem  with double 72's and a 30cu pony.  As well, I have dove in
pretty  cold  water  with this  setup as well, 4C (not here in Oz, but
when I lived in Canada 8-).

I have  had  problems  with  the  smaller  ones,  but  only  due to my
carelessness.  When I jump into the water with my King  Pelican  light
on a small  plastic  clip  (without  holding  it in place) it tends to
break!
