Rich, the rig that Carmichael ( Halcyon ) makes is a copy of my old plastic single tank rig ( this is where Rboert got it from), only there is a channel against the backplate that holds the tank. It is higher than the plastic, but the difference is quite small. I switched to the halcyon rig myself. The other versions of this are too floopy and lose, the halcyon stays put. In addition, using the halcyon rig then alows you to use that exact harness for your doubles, and big savings for divers, and the most optimal choice.
