Sorry, I just don't see a correlation. In the message you posted, our
anonymous friend calls George & company "cowards". Yet he is afraid of being
talked to nastily if he contributes to the list????????????????

Huh? I guess I fail to see any kind of parallel here. If you call me nasty
names, I'm going to tell you, well, where to go (po-russkiy, tavarishch: 'na
khwee'). If you show up at my door, pounding away, that's a whole 'nother
level, that will be dealt with appropriately <g>.

Oh, come on, Dave. You're losing the moral high ground, here.

Anyone with an undergrad course in psychology is qualified to serve burgers.

Sorry, guys, don't mean to insult any psych _majors_, or people with
post-grad degrees, but one or two psych courses does NOT a therapist make.

Dave, if I took one three-credit course in aeronautics, would you let me fly
your Mig?

Agreed.

Oh, come on! Nobody's taking anyone's lunch money.... the kid in grade
school with the thick glasses and braces is NOT getting pushed down stairs,
here.

Frankly, while I applaud your desire to stand up for the weak and timid, I
have to wonder how much real threat they are under, here.

We all acknowledge that so-called 'tech diving' involves higher stresses
than conventional OW, do we not? Yet I'm to believe that there are some tech
divers out there who are so timid they are cowed by an email? Maybe _those_
people should take up golf....
