Dave, As you finally come out of your closet and try to explain that we in fact do not need to be sleek swimmers while in the water shows real wisdom . Your history as a commercial diver must have something to do with that... Next thing you will tell us is that you do not need to be in shape for your type of diving, or maybe you won't be needing any fins either, since you do not swim... I really doubt that you are who you say you are, anybody with your experience would know better. Let me correct that, anybody with half your experience would know twice as much as what you are demonstrating here. Serious Dave, to me it makes sense that a scubadiver needs to be as streamlined as possible. Although you might not swim that much in some cases, you will have currents and situations where you want to cover a certain distance in a short amount of time. Being streamlined is important in both examples. What exactly are you referring to when you state that you rig differently? Can you explain what configuration you use on such dives and why it is much safer than DIR? Regards, THOMAS > > >And what exactly can we learn from Dave? > > > See the post the precedes.
