BTW, to all who have been responded to this with cave related support, though I
have dove caves in the past, I am primarily an open water diver.  Hense the
impetus for my question.

May I assume as an ocean diver than that I can loose the third light and replace
it with something more practical?   Perhaps in its place a tightly rolled gear
bag stuffed into a clipped-off delrin tube for those times when I come across a
field of scallops   :-)
