Despite his blatant use of the forum to advertise his publication, a subject that has been addressed ad nauseum, and I hope never arises again, I believe selling his book is reasonable. I am suprised that people should expect him to provide this publication for free. The information is available on this forum, Prime Rat contributes freely, and at length on discussions pertaining to his area of expertise, just check the archives.
