We almost all use Weezil extreme undersuits now - we dive all year round in water that between 4 - 11 deg c and have found them the warmest option. They allow more freedom of movement than most other undersuits as you don't wear any layers underneath them (ok it took a while to convince me I'd be warmer this way) I managed to get a reasonably major suit flood in March, and still managed the 15 minutes of stops without being too cold.
