Rich.... I don't think the DUI will mandate you changing your fin size.  
I use the same fins with my DUI that I do with a wet suit boot.  My 
Viking dry suit requires a larger size fin and results in a bad fit 
(among other problems) as many other dry suits do.  If you get a DUI with 
the correct size boot you will be a happy camper!
