I can't see how mandating a certain fin size is DIR. How about right tool
for the right job? If the fin flopped around on your foot too much, it would
rob you of kicking efficiency.

My size L jets fit perfectly over my size 9 wetsuit booties. When I finally
save up enough for my DUI, I'll use the size XLs I've got stashed in my
garage.

If I'm wrong here, guys, let me know...
