Hello, List. Hoping you will settle a dispute I'm having with a friend. 
It's a little bit silly, so please bear with me.

My friend claims that the only fins that are *strictly DIR* are ScubaPro 
Jet Fins, size XL. But size L seems to fit some people with small feet 
perfectly. Should those people wear size XL anyway? And if so, what 
technique should be used to prevent the fins from falling off?
