Richie, you know what deco I do. My "preference" is to dive the highest
helium I can in all mixes, and do the least amount of deco. Air requires
the most deco for me of anything I have ever tried.

You know what I dive on my cave dives. Out here on the reef, I usually
dive 30 ox 30-40 helium or so, I start the dive at 100 feet and move in
across all of the reefs to 10 feet. This is just an easy gas to make.

The best gases for all of the depths would be heliox.
