Lets see:
1. If he wasn't diving the Doria that day he would be alive so in essence he
did die because he was diving the doria.
2. Wearing a pony bottle is obsolete. Use a buddy.
3. What was the mix in the pony????
4. If a buddy had escorted him back he would probably be alive right now.
