Have you checked the intermediate pressure on your Poseidon first stage.
Many of the first stages that Poseidon makes have the uncanny ability to
start creeping when you least expect it.  I had mine supposedly fixed by an
SSA shop in Montclair, CA for $125 to fix the creeping problem.  Two months
later deep in a cave in Akumal, Mexico the intermediate pressure jacked up
so high that the reg and the over pressure valve on the first stage started
flowing so hard I had to shut them down.  I have never had problems before
with the VX10 second stage before the Poseidon first stage failed.
