The thing most can not fathom is the amount of time people doing WKPP level
dives devote to diving.  You have to dive frequently to maintain personal
and buddy skills at the their sharpest.  For me this meant at least a
weekend a month though usually it was three out of four.  So you mix on
Thursday, fill on Friday, drive Friday night, dive Sat. and Sun., drive home
Sunday night, clean out your truck Monday nite, fix all the broken gear on
Tuesday nite, mow the yard, play with the dog, kick the cat and have sex
with the wife on Wednesday then start the whole thing over again on
Thursday.

If you are lucky, the wife divorces you, takes the house, dog and cat and
now you have Wednesday free.

I chose to ease up on the extreme diving.  I have a lot more time, money and
sex now.
