|||The argon bottle is held back against the backplate by the bungee
loop over the butt of the tank. The lower clip on the stage bottles has
a long tail on it so that the bottle is not tight to the hip ring
anyway. (It is only tight to the chest ring to prevent sculling and thus
drag). The stages do not interfere with the bottle. It might seem that
way when try to picture it, just as it seems that way when the argon is
on the left tank, but in practice they never even touch.
