Proplanner uses the Buhlmann ZHL16 algorithm (no alternatives, but then 
why use a 12 tissue algorithm when you can use a 16 tissue one). You can 
enter a 'safety factor' to alter the conservativism of the model, I use 
a +20% factor.

The program dosn't seem to have any bugs (or rather I haven't found 
any), and I have used it quite a bit including on the June 1994 
Lusitania expedition.

The program comes in three versions of increasing cost, air/nitrox, 
ditto plus trimix, ditto ditto plus rebreathers (ie constant ppO2).

It is sold by Kevin Gurr, who can be contacted at CIS 100044,3401. He 
was and presumably still is on this list.
