I'm sorry Hugo, but I have to agree with Billy on this one. You are 
obviously a very stubborn person, and you know what they say about mules, 
you have to first hit them on the head with a 2X4 to get their attention. 
In your case I really hope a 2X4 is big enough. 

The problem here, Hugo, is we are talking about life & death issues, not 
what color to paint your poodle jackets. You yourself have admitted that 
there is a terrible death toll in the Red Sea from wah-wah divers such as 
yourself. Just because you are an incredibly lucky person does not mean 
what you consider "normal" is correct.

Providing manifolds to those who want them is not enough. As an operator 
you need to take on a leadership role and show your customers how to do 
it right. Once again this is a life or death issue, not something to be 
handled with pink, fuzzy kid gloves. Billy's attitude is justified.
