Hi Doctor (and others). >dishonest, deceitful, dangerous piece of shit. >deep-air bimbo >in your case, it's too late. >drooling, shambling, mindless moron >bullshit >Hugo, you're a clown. >dangerous, dishonest, ignorant stroke like you has arrived at the bottom of the barrel. (I quote.) Could I give you a little non-diving advice? I believe (hope) you are well-intentioned, although you don't really sound like it for the moment. If you plan to send a message and expect it to be received, no matter how right you are or believe to be, you'd better talk like an adult to another adult. Insults and abuses belong in school recess. The only thing you're achieving is putting people off (remember how upset your friend Dave was when I called him short-sighted wealthy westerner, sorry Dave), and making them believing you're the one who suffers the famous neurological damage you always talk about. I've been warned several times about this list, and some kind of elements I would come across on it. I couldn't believe it when I saw how true it was. Your kind of language and attitude can only be found in the mouth of political extremists, left or right, religious or racists, and we know what they're worth (although you might not agree even on that, who knows!). You might have a lot of good points. But by screaming against anyone who doesn't agree you just prove you can't hold your temper, or explain rationnally your point. Which in turn invalidates anything you can say. Any decent comments you might have made has been drowned in an ocean of garbage. I've got lots of interesting comments and advice from this list, most of them privately from responsible people (which I wish by this post to thank gratefully), some of them questionning my practices as you do, pointing better solutions, showing better ways, giving fruitful references, but never abusing me. I've taken good lessons, and I'll try to implement some good solutions whenever (as soon as) feasible. Without those people I could have thought DIR divers are the most uneducated, stubborn and righteous people you can find. No matter how right some of their arguments might be. When I first subscribed to this list, I understood opinions and discussions were welcome on it, but insults and abuses were prohibited. At the end you might even be disconsidered by some very respectable divers who would otherwise mostly agree with you. Think that in most countries thoughts, opinions and even mistakes are allowed, as long as they're not expressly forbidden by law or habits. But with the amount of insults you publicly sent me I probably could sue you in your country as well as in mine. Besides it, think your reality might not correspond to others'. Some of your ideas, or solutions, might be awkward, difficult if not impossible to implement somewhere else than in your garden. Some other solutions than yours might be more practical somewhere else, with purposes maybe somewhat different. Some people might have a perception of risk which is different to yours. Some people might still chose to ride motorcycles, although knowing they are riskyer than cars. I won't hold your conduct against you Billy. I'll still apreciate your comments, advice and jokes. I'll still apreciate if you prove me wrong. But remember you're only sending insults to yourself. Another little advice, and a good one. Loosing regularly your temper can cause high blood tension, ulcers, heart attacks, and of course neurological damage. If you want references... ;-) Mes respects, Docteur...
