(First I'd like to say sorry for the 'cross-posting' but I feel my question= =20 is relevant to all lists). I recently tried yet another desktop dekompression program (XS, thanks,=20 Stuart) which uses a modified B=FChlmann algorithm. As far as I know the only program which uses a 'straight' (non-padded)=20 B=FChlmann is ZPlan. Proplanner, Abyss, XS are padded though I don't know=20 about Decom and Voyager but I suspect the latter is padded too. Why is it so? Is it only due to liability issues? Or has B=FChlmann's=20 algorithm proved to be too liberal?
