Bruce -

The fact that Zplan backs all of its stops 5 feet when you set a 5m/15ft 
last stop depth is a bug, not a feature.  I mentioned this 
"implementation" problem to Will Smithers about a year ago and he has 
promised to fix it when he gets a chance to update Zplan.  It's 
unfortunately not high on his priority list.
